Just thought I'd share this poem that my sister wrote, this has always been one of my favorites that she's written, probably because it's one of the few that I've seen.
A Single Perfect Tear
A single tear
fell from his face
As she walked away
full of hate
A single tear
leaked from her eye
As she turned around
to say good-bye
A single tear
ran down the check
of a small child
so frail, so weak
A single tear flowed
from their eye
As they looked down
and cried
Not for that man
who hurt his wife
Not for that woman
who never tried
But for that child
who only cried
A single, perfect tear.
